Registered Care Manager Wanted to Lead Our Team!

We are looking for a talented and experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our team of 50+ home and community carers in Jersey.  Our ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving the next phase of our business as we continue to grow and develop. They will have full autonomy for our teams' overall management and performance, ensuring KPIs are set and that we are meeting the highest standards.

·       Salary circa £60,000 per annum depending on experience

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING FROM DAY ONE?

·       Leading our teams on a day-to-day basis

·       Performance management, training, and inductions

·       Working with HR to drive ongoing recruitment and retention

·       Supporting the development of clients’ bespoke care packages

·       Maintaining the highest standards of care in line with legal requirements

·       Creating and adapting processes and procedures to reflect changes in regulation as needed

·       Collaborating with Marketing to develop effective communications and build the brand

·       Monitoring profit and loss alongside Finance to meet budget and targets

·       Reporting to the Director of the business

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

·       RQF/NVQ Level 5 or equivalent

·       Proven track record working successfully within the healthcare industry

·       Excellent leadership skills

·       Strong communication and IT skills

·       Astute commercial awareness

·       Passion for creating outstanding care packages

·       Personal standards of excellence

·       A clean driving licence
