Cambrette Care is a high-quality community care provider based in Jersey, Channel Islands. With over 20-years’ experience within the healthcare industry, we believe that providing care should be a meaningful experience and take a refreshingly unique approach.

We work to the philosophy that people’s care requirements are as diverse as their personalities and design care packages based around individual needs, routines and day-to-day activities. Our team of professional and friendly Carers are trained to deal with a wide-range of care duties and, for your peace of mind, they are supported by our Care Managers, who are qualified registered nurses. Our belief in the little things is what makes our care experiences work so well. Whether this means brewing that cup of tea just right, or checking the shopping list to make sure nothing is missing, we always aim to make our experiences comfortable by fully integrating into our client’s lifestyles.

Our Care Process

1. Get in Touch

Drop us an email, pick up the phone, or come visit our offices for an initial chat about the type of care you’re looking for and how we can help you to deliver it.

2. Let's Meet

A warm and professional Care Manager will meet the client to discuss their care needs. Don’t think of this as a formal assessment though, we just want to pop around for a cup of tea and a chat!

3. Your Care Package

Our Care Managers create a care package that is tailor-made to the client. Each care journey is designed around the client's lifestyle, and we consider details like pairing them with the right team of Carers based on skillset, availability and personality.

4. Introduction and Induction

A Care Manager will attend the first day of care to introduce the client to their new Carer. They will guide the Carer through the processes of the care package to make sure everything is done to the right specification.

5. Your Cambrette Care
Journey Begins

The regular care package begins. We will continually monitor, review and optimise the care package and will make ad-hoc recommendations to cater to any future needs.

Beth Gicquel RN

Director

With over 25 years’ experience as a registered nurse and five years working as a Care Home and Nursing Agency Inspector behind her, Beth knows how care should be carried out – and how it shouldn’t. Beth is an active member of the Jersey Care Federation and regularly engages with the care community. As a Director of Cambrette Care, Beth uses her extensive knowledge to help raise the bar for homecare in Jersey.

Paul Gicquel

Director

Business-minded Paul has a background in finance, having held a senior position at an international wealth management company. He left the world of finance in 2008 to set up Cambrette Care with Beth, motivated by their ability to work well as a team. As a Director of Cambrette Care, Paul takes care of the operational side of the business and is currently looking at new technologies which will help to improve efficiencies.

Alison Norman RN

Care Manager

Alison has over 34 years’ experience working in a variety of diverse roles within the healthcare industry. As a Cambrette Care Manager, Alison oversees our team of Carers. With her instinctively nurturing personality, Alison takes clients through their care journey, from initial assessment, through to the design of their care package, and inducting Carers. As a registered nurse, Alison provides support to both clients and Carers and is part of the Senior Care Team on call 24/7.

Terry Davies RN

Care Manager

Terry works closely with Alison to create personalised care plans based around our clients’ individual needs and lifestyles. During her 30 years working within the community, Terry has dealt with the full spectrum of needs, from low level, to the most complex. She draws upon her experience to ensure our Carers have the knowledge and tools they need to provide the highest quality care. She also forms part of the Senior Care Team that provides 24/7 support to both clients and Carers.

Natalie Fromage

Administrator

Natalie has 20 years’ experience working in the finance industry. She is integral to the day-to-day office operations of Cambrette Care. Natalie deals with many of the bookkeeping and general administration tasks. She has a great relationship with our Care Team and is responsible for all aspects of staff communication. She enjoys working in a friendly environment, while contributing to making a positive difference to the Jersey care industry.
