Beth Gicquel
RN - Director
With over 30 years of experience as a registered nurse and five years working as a Care Home and Nursing Agency Inspector, Beth knows how care should be carried out – and how it shouldn’t. Beth is an active member of the Jersey Care Federation and regularly engages with the care community. As a Director of Cambrette Care, Beth uses her extensive knowledge to help raise the bar for homecare in Jersey.
Paul Gicquel
HR Manager
Paul originally has a background in finance, having held a senior position at an international wealth management company. He set up Cambrette Care with Beth in 2008, motivated by their ability to work well as a team. Since then, Paul has gained HR qualifications to enable him to support the ongoing needs of the business. He is mainly focused on recruitment and training and day-to-day support for the team.
Liz Baxter
Registered Care Manager
Liz is our fantastic Registered Care Manager and has been with us as a Care Manager since 2018. She will be leading the senior team and the overall management of Cambrette. Liz has 20 years of experience in the care sector in a variety of settings. her RQF levels 2, 3 and 5.
Magda Walas
Care Manager
Magda also works alongside Charlie and Donna to support our team and clients. She has been with Cambrette since October 2017 and has since completed her RQF Level 5 in Health and Social Care. Magda is an experienced and valued member of our team!
Anna Philips
Care Manager
Anna joined the team earlier this a 20 years’ experience in the care sector, working to support a wide variety of client needs. Anna has worked her way to management level and has quickly become a valued part of the care management team as she is passionate about excellence in care. Her sense of humour and natural compassion ensure she is appreciated by staff and clients.
Charlie Gicquel
Assistant Care Manager
Charlie is our fabulous Assistant Care Manager and is currently training to be a Care Manager. He assists the care managers, carrying out client visits, inductions, deliveries and supervisions. Charlie has worked in the care sector for 5 years in a variety of community settings.
Natalie Fromage
Office Manager
Natalie has over 20 years of experience working in the finance industry. She is integral to the day-to-day office operations of Cambrette Care. Natalie manages many of the bookkeeping and general administration tasks for the business. She has a great relationship with our care teams and is responsible for all aspects of staff communication.
Helen Mullins
Office Administrator
Helen started with us in spring of 2024 to support Natalie. She is an important part time member of the team and comes with wealth of experience in company administration and a calm presence under pressure. Helen’s role has grown and developed over the last year, and Natalie and the team appreciate her quick and efficient support.
Gemma Wareing
Roster Coordinator
Gemma joined the team at the end of 2023 just in time to help get the Christmas decorations up! With a background in company administration, she initially took on the part-time role of supporting with general office administration. She then got involved with our roster system, helping with monitoring and auditing, and earlier this year took on the role of Roster Coordinator. Completing the rosters every week is like trying to hit a moving target, but Gemma keeps a cool, professional head. Her natural chatty personality is appreciated by both clients and carers.
Eliza Janizewska
HR Administrator
Elza joined us earlier this year to support the increasing amount of HR work in the company. With a background in sales and billing support, Eliza became interested in HR a year ago. Cheerful and happy to help, Eliza supports Paul as HR Manager. Eager to develop her career in HR, she is undertaking further qualifications at Highlands this year.
