We are looking for a Registered Care Manager to lead our growing team!

We are looking for a talented and experienced Registered Care Manager to lead our team of 60+ home and community carers in Jersey. Our ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving the next phase of our business as we continue to grow and develop. Reporting solely to the Director, you will have full autonomy for our teams' overall management and performance, ensuring KPIs are set and that we are meeting the highest standards.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Minimum RQF/NVQ Level 5
Proven track record of at least 5 years managing a care team
Excellent communication and IT skills
Professional standards of excellence
Able to work independently
Clean driving licence and own transport
CONTRACT & BENEFITS
Package circa £58,000-£64,000 per annum pro rata, depending on qualifications and experience.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING FROM DAY ONE?
Leading our teams on a day-to-day basis
Performance management, training, and inductions
Working with HR to drive ongoing recruitment and retention
Supporting the development of clients’ bespoke care packages
Maintaining the highest standards of care in line with legal requirements
Creating and adapting processes and procedures to reflect changes in regulation as needed
Collaborating with Marketing to develop effective communications and build the brand
Monitoring profit and loss alongside Finance to meet budget and targets
Reporting to the Director of the business
