Supporting Jersey Professional Carers Day 2025

Last week, Cambrette Care was proud to support Jersey Professional Carers Day 2025, an inspiring event that brought together care professionals, sector leaders and community allies to celebrate and strengthen professional care in Jersey.

Hosted at The Club Hotel & Spa, the day featured thought-provoking talks and discussions from a wide range of speakers, including:

• Dominic Headley (DHA) on safe, fair and inclusive recruitment

• Carly Rochester (ME Passport) with a preview of the Carers Skills Passport

• Adam Chamberlain (Orchid Connect) on improving care standards with digital tools

• Paul Byrne (PropelFwd Ltd) on the importance of data protection in care

• Jo Poynter (Government of Jersey) sharing insight into Jersey’s care landscape

• Gary Hedgecock (Christies Care) on the difference carer support can make
