We're looking for dedicated RQF Level 2 carers who take pride in delivering high-quality support while benefiting from flexible working arrangements, family-friendly policies and opportunities to progress their careers.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Minimum RQF/NVQ Level 2
Proven track record of at least 2 years providing care
Excellent communication and IT skills
Professional standards of excellence
Able to work independently
Clean driving licence and own transport
CONTRACT & BENEFITS
£19 per hour basic (RQF Level 2)

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING FROM DAY ONE?
Providing high-quality personal care and support to clients in their own homes
Supporting clients with daily routines, including mobility, hygiene, meals and medication
Building positive, respectful relationships with clients and their families
Following individual care plans and reporting any changes in clients’ needs or well-being
Communicating clearly with Care Managers and the wider team
Supporting clients to remain independent, comfortable and safe at home
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date care records
Working reliably as part of a team to ensure continuity of care
